30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition you received it (unworn or unused)

With all original tags attached
-
In its original packaging
-
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.
Note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalized orders

Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to:

Return the original item (following the return process)

Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The same conditions apply: item must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received the refund, please contact us at refunds@yourshop.com.
